TIME WARP REAL BARN FIND
This car has just been discovered after being locked in a barn for 48 years. Heres the story of how it happened, in 1971 the owner of this car was on a family trip out in Warwickshire, when he and his wife drove past the Morris dealership. In the showroom window for sale was a special edition purple Morris minor million which his wife fell in love with and had to have. They brought the Morris minor and both of them drove the cars back to there house in Norfolk. It was at this point the poor old A90s days were numbered. You see the then owners of this car were farmers and as we all know farmers like to keep hold of there money. Petrol price in 1971 was a staggering 33p per gallon, meaning it cost roughly about GBP1.50p to get home as the fuel consumption was about 20miles per gallon. The Morris miner on the other hand, well its fuel consumption was about 40 miles per gallon costing half the amount to get home. So the doors of the barn were swung open and the car was parked up.
